I have taken two yoga classes with Francisca, and they have both been incredible! She does an effective job of addressing the needs of mind, body, and spirit during a single yoga session. You can tell that she meticulously plans and executes all of her routines. I did many poses that I've never done before, and her style and flow are very impressive. I found her classes to be challenging yet relaxing, and I always left feeling elated. I would most definitely recommend her class to individuals of all yoga levels!
